On 15 June, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station launched sleeper trains service to Beijing/ Shanghai. Passengers can now enjoy an upgraded travel experience with these overnight trains. To celebrate this significant day, a special farewell ceremony was organized at West Kowloon Station for the first sleeper train to Beijing and Shanghai. Additionally, on 16 June, there was an event to welcome the first sleeper train passengers arriving in Hong Kong. Guests and passengers participated in photo opportunities and received commemorative gifts, creating a lively atmosphere.
