Yes you can.. I have a 5V solar panel with no battery attached to my Wyze cam outdoor and it recyles power with no issues.

I'm still testing it out. I will post updates on any progress. I think I may need to disable the IR lights because it's draining the battery too much at night. And just use the built in color night vision. Or I may add another 8 ah battery to give me some more time. I'll get everything figured out to make it work and then make a long form KZread video about it. Stay tuned.
