I miss the old Stern show
Thank you for uploading! Please upload more classic Stern Show from the early 90s!
Wow...Hearing WWIII discussion from 30 years ago...
If you’re not from Philly you don’t know how huge this was, DeBella was the biggest dj for many many years, Howard came in and dethroned with the quickness and with ease. Philly is a HS town

Well said Sir. Go Birds!
Great segment thank you Ellis
The guy kinda sounds like Steve Langford of the Howard 101 news crew.
It’s intriguing to hear commentary from three decades ago about how chaotic and uncivilized the Russians are behaving. And yet here we are.

Jackie was whipped !
Does anybody know if the intern or whatever that was at the Jackie/Nancy "fight", is someone we'd know now? Either from the Stern show, or elsewhere? Just curious. And slightly stoned. So..
It sounds good for cassette tape, im glad my smartphone can play magnetic tape😊
Does anyone know where I can find "Baldy Little Dickhead with the capital D", song parody?
No comments?...Really? This is pointless...there is no Dabella on this clip! Why did you post it with a deceptive title?

Cassette tape could sound great if you had a good player

A good player helps, but is not enough. It also depends on the quality of the tape, and how the quality of the tape itself has held up over the years, as well as recording itself has held up. You can also ad how many times the tape was played. When a cassette is played a lot, the audio degrades over time. I have a high quality professional player from a recording studio, but I have many cassettes that are 40-50 years old that play horribly!

@@EllisFeaster I still have my cassettes and they sound great in my pioneer stereo but I've kept all my tapes in cases in drawers. I do prefer CDs over anything though even vinyl it was always to much hassle for me.

@@jedsteelwell2354 Taking good care of them is another factor in how well they will play decades later. I have about 5,000 cassettes, about 50% still sound great. About 2,000 of my tapes have lost audio quality over the years, and a couple of hundred have become unlistenable, with severe audio fading, tape squealing, or the tape actually disintegrated.
