I love these hunts! There cant be a more fulfilling hunt than a bison hunt. Theres not a lot of filmed buffalo hunts, so these are great to watch!

Awesome hunt! Thinking about applying for this tag myself. How many trips did it take to pack out? The people I’ve talked to make it sound like you need to hire someone or have a team of 5 guys to pack out a Bison in January.

We got this out on 1 trip with a jet sled. But it was not easy. We had 3 of us cutting it up. We dragged with 4 on the sled and got it to the road with my truck. Lots of sweat.

30.06, i basically only use it anymore, for deer, elk and of course bison😄

This was only about 100yds
How much did it weigh big bulls I know are soppose to be 1700 to 2000lbs

They didn't weigh it on the hoist. I would've been real curious too
