Dude, I just wanted to see footage of primus playing this song live and as I looked at the stage and the background and heard les talk about "that magical spot" I realized, I WAS FUCKING THERE! That show was with Mastodon and me and my friend had like ten moscow mules each and a lot of people were tripping on something and after the show I pulled a guy out of a burning car after he crashed into the side of a building. Epic show

I used to set up concert lighting and I remember when the concerts started I would oftentimes be like that guy and it really does feel almost out of body when you're just sitting and watching everything not just the show

Good to see the people up front in the pit. I think it was Roseland Ball Room NYC in 1996 when I heard this live for the first time but my memory may be off. The crowd was much more raucous back then with lots of crowd surfing. Good times...

I don't think this is the best venue for an intense crowd, there's footage of them at places like the roundhouse in london where the crowd was a lot more rowdy

3:30 how do they sync up the video like that? Does it react to them or is someone pushing buttons? It seems like playing live you can speed up easily or go a bit slower and it wouldn’t work...???
