What is the best glue to use to reconnect the wire?

Hello, the hear plate in my machine is coming down twice, the first time for short period of time and the send one for long time untill I off the machine and on it back then it will realize the cup, which make the cup melt sometimes.

I check everything that you showed and everything are in place, but the sealer doesn't lower and the roller kept rolling. Please help. Thank you.

Did you try to open the machine and see the loose wire like the one in the video?

Try 175 degrees. ALSO , what cups are you using ? You need to use a FLAT lid on the cup . If the lip is ROUND, it will not cut. Also you need to make sure the CUP FILM matches the CUP Material. If you have PET cups, you need PET film. If you have PP Cups, you need PP film. If you seal a PP cup with PET film, it will not seal correctly . See if this is the case.
