Spiros acted like a a Greek mobster. Very believable and scary. He exuded cruelty and toughness. Didn’t need silly gimmicks and pyro.

That was entertaining. I remember Blassie reached into the ring and grabbed the back of Chief Joe Crybaby's trunks and pulled him back into the ropes locking his arms in the ropes. Then Arion mocked his war dance while destroying the headdress (that was 100s of years old). After the match Chief Joe cried like a baby, Blassie said he was crying crocodile tears. Next week Chief Joe Crybaby came out with a headdress that looked exactly like the one that Arion destroyed. I'd like to see the Valiants vs Chief and Arion too, where Arion turned on Chief and Bruno came out to make the save... but in Vince's words Arion "ended up pounding away on the champion".

Buddy Wagner, Gary Michael Capetta,Joe McHugh Jack Lee ,And Bob Freed all belong in The WWE Hall of Fame !

@ 2:44 - I agree Buddy Wagner the Best Ring Announcer ever should be in the WWE Hall of Fame. He had the voice, the delivery, and nobody could start a Wrestling Card like Buddy Wagner.

Nice to Rodz and Nova choking with the Tag Rope. I remember Tanaka / Fuji and The Valiants choking with the Tag Rope, but after that I don't remember seeing teams choke with it.

And food for taught I only knew of WWWF Championship Wrestling I didn't know there was B show WWWF All Star Wrestling from Hamburg PA

@Larry Fine i know. Do you remember the feature match from 1972. Where Pedro Morales and Bruno Sammartino face Toru Tanaka and Mr Fuji. Fuji threw the salt in bruno and pedros faces and got them fighting?

Johnny Rodz and Jose Estrada were the best. Soto, Sanchez, and Gonzales were Jerk Offs... Rodz and Estrada would have left them laying if it was real and that Michael Jackson nose Tony Garea and his partners too.

@@guyboost4094 This must have been before Estrada came into the promotion. I saw Rodz teamed with Tor Kamata too, and Kamata turned on him... but most of the time Rodz was teamed with Estrada and they were great. Don't know this guy Joe Nova, he must not have gone very far.
