Royal Rumble mode was my favorite way to play this game, so much fun 🙂

This game was something back then ! Remember bashing this and the Turtles one wherever I possibly could

My teenage claim to fame was 10 rumble eliminations with Crush.

My all time favorite WWF game . The finishers and signature moves are clean .

It would be cool if they could have the same roster, graphics, sound effects, etc. but include Randy Savage, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, the Undertaker, Razor Ramon, Sid Justice, Diesel, 1-2-3 Kid, Yokozuna, Owen Hart, and The Narcissist Lex Luger.

Michael's and Marty's rockers would've been perfect. Especially to play as them in the tag team mode.

A combination of wrestlemania and wrestlefest

I’m wishing this game had more than 30 superstars

I used play this all the time at the Arcade back in the day Hulk Hogan and Big Boss Man is who I used for the tag team belts and For the royal rumble Million Dollar Man

I loved this game at the mall as a kid

Wow! This game brings back memories. Always played with my brother at the arcade bowling alley.

I think X-Box or Playstation should by the rights to this game and sell it as is. Instead of it only being on the Arcade video system. I'd by it right away then.

2 things about the Royal Rumble match in this game they could've changed. 1) Have 2 guys start the match instead of 6 already in the ring...that way more entries could be displayed in the top right of the screen. 2) Take the referee/pinfalls/submissions out. Otherwise a solid one back in the day.

...And also have (when playing against the computer) your opponent's energy meter visible, & remove the time limit.

@@chrisrobinson3494 The time limit was a pain...never understood why it was there. No time limit since it's a Rumble and it's not over till one guy remains. 30-man roster in this game and more match types would've been dope too. Imagine if Undertaker, Savage and Bret had made it on here.

@@tyreezy87 probably the greedy developers. Putting a timer up so you had no choice but to put another quarter in if you wanted to complete the royal rumble. And yeah, macho man and bret would've been awesome. I'd put British bulldog in too. I've often wondered why Savage wasn't in.

@@TheRetroManRandySavage Agreed...as big of a banger that WrestleFest is, a few more of those guys mentioned would've been dope. Not sure how true it is, but they left Savage out since they were still selling the "Retirement Match" loss to Warrior at Mania VII.

One of the best ever. They really need to re-release this game with all eras included, especially WCW. Just imagine Goldberg, Nash and Sting in this game!

I always sucked at this game but I loved it

6:25 - 6:35...well, Warrior was known for not selling moves and Hogan couldn't stand losing to him.

Due to a glitch I think I have the WR for the royal rumble. 41 eliminations. I kept pinning hogan at the end, but he wouldn't leave the ring. It took me another 31 attempts to get him out. So the number of the scoreboard is 41.
