Pansexual means someone's gender/biological sex doesn't determine their sexual attraction to someone. It's being attracted to someone's personality or specific traits. Non-binary means that they neither identify as a man or woman, but likes to present traits of both/either. Asexuality is denying both binary gender identities, whereas non-binary is essentially blending them in various degrees, depending on the person.
