To compare this to Chris Benoit is absolutely embarrassing as the two cases are NOTHING alike. No doubt what he’s done is a horrible thing and he should be punished severely for it but this is a cheap attempt to grab headlines from True Geordie. Benoit was using a diving headbutt move for years and years before ever entering a WWE ring and thats a fact. His brain was already scrambled by the time he left WCW as in Japan he got some absolute beatdowns been a smaller western guy. Benoit only was in WWE for part of his career. Not excusing Vince but end of the day Benoit's choice of moves and risk hurt himself long before you ever get into the steroids encouraged by WCW/WWE at the time. WCW had Hogan, Goldberg, Nash etc at the top of the card so Benoit got on the steroids before WWE. If Vince got sued Ted Turner should have also. Basically the same in both companies and in Japan.

Chris Benoit's case is completely different. The loss of Eddie Guerrero sent him over the edge. I believe he would've committed the same acts despite CTE, if Eddie still had died. Furthermore, Jimmy Snuka is also a murderer whom didn't get convicted due to his poor health prior to his death. Wrestling in general is had a dark history full of murder, suicide, drugs and tragic accidents.
