For mattel to spend extra time designing these "ultimates" they sure do strike out a bunch witb them. Its not like we get 50 of the ultimates a year like the elite line. A ultimate line thats full of mediocrity isn't exactly ultimate.

The mouth open KO is an excited screaming headsculpt. When you are excited and screaming your eyebrows usually lift. The screaming sami has more emotion than the KO

I think the issue with the KO heads is the eyebrows. KO's got thin eyebrows. Also that 'screaming' sculpt looks closer to a yawn. Which is something I wasn't expecting to want but, well, some things surprise you.

Man this KO is so bad. And his shoulders seem mismatched too?

You can fix the leg not going up by popping the leg off and putting it back on! All Sami figs for me have that problem and it sucks.

Idea for action figure surgery: pop off the head, arms, and legs from KO and put it on the George Steele torso/crotch. You don’t have to worry about removing the body hair, I would just like to see how it sizes up and see if that would help make Kevin bigger

Great video as always. I share your disappointment with that KO Ultimate, I’ve been waiting for this one and am actually going to pass on it. That torso is trash, the arms aren’t large enough, the head sculpts are meh, the shirt doesn’t even fit as well as the PWRLucha cloth goods, and that height mistake is unforgivable. Hopefully Mattel realised how bad this Ultimate is, and do a Solo Sikoa on this, and release a revamped KO Ultimate in a couple of months. Fingers crossed!

Apparently you can put the older Sami elite boots on the newer ones

I think it might be that Sami is to tall and Kevin is to short Cody and Sami are the same height and that Sami is still taller.

I didn’t pick up the elite 106 Sami because I was waiting for this one. I do like the yelling “Teen Wolf” head. Sami should definitely not be towering over KO like he’s the dang Undertaker though. I was really hoping that this ultimate Sami would have some new leg molds. He hasn’t wore these military style pants since before he fought Johnny Knoxville during his conspiracy theorist run. Military. And that KO for sure needs to be adjusted. He’s way too short. The arms on KO doesn’t really bother me.

I was very disappointed when I found out that Kevin had black underneath, if they really wanted black under the torso, they could paint the butterfly joints his skintone so it doesn't look so goofy

These might be the most disappointing ultimates in a while. I'll give a pass on the attire and other things but c'mon just give us the right scale. This should of been caught before production. I hope KO gets redone in the right scale. IMO they should of gone with WAR Games for their Ultimate attires.

If you swap the KO legs into an elite, will it make him the same height as his elites?

yes i've done this you need to also swap the hips cause the balls joints are different but kevin owens height is still not right even on elites they only look bigger cause the older elites have taller hair

That Sami torso would work well on an omega

I feel like if you torso swap a Kevin Owens elite on the ultimate it may look better

I’ve been talking about this forever now that Kevin Owens figures are too small, but too short and too narrow in the shoulders. He is a very broad guy. But comments get ignored and you don’t make videos on it so if someone like you doesn’t acknowledge it and bring it to the forefront then Matel is not going to fix it. For this reason, I have not bought a Kevin Owens figure since his scsa head one, and I’ll probably skip out on this ultimate unless I see it on sale on Amazon or target or something

Respect your opinion on modern day guys getting ultimates but these feel so blah and not special. Rather it be strictly legends and hall of famers but they would run out of guys pretty quick I guess.

How different is the head scan from the elite 106 Sami compared to the ultimate, they look similar but different. Are they the same head?.. I don't really feel like I need an Ultimate for every character, I'm probably gonna pass on these unless I get them discounted or clearance.. I could maybe do Sami.. but I'm good with Elite 91 for KO. I just don't see a reason to have multiple similar style representations of these guys!! Plus we still got honorary Uci Sami coming.!! 💯

I've been sitting on RA Brock Lesnar for a while now because several Walmarts local to me have tons of them, he went down to $21, but I still waited just too many to pay that price. Then they finally went down to $16 and I almost went for it, I checked every couple days and they still had dozens, they also had RVDs mixed in that stock pile but I paid full price for RVD when he was new... Then today I checked the clearance isle and it was almost bare, except they still had a dozen or so of Brock Lesnar finally marked down to $7. I dug thru the pile for RVD and they were all gone, so I went to the toy isle, and up top they had like 4 RVDs, so I loaded up, obviously I don't need 4 extra RVDs I opened one and took the spinner belt and chair. And I got two Brocks for myself one to pose with the shirt, and a second to swap hands and heads to pose differently and steal the extra title belt for American Badass Taker RA elite that I grabbed a couple weeks ago on Clearance. But for $7, you should check your clearance isles, or price check Brock and RVD to see if they're marked down!.. I'm dropping the rest up on eBay, gotta pay for this plastic crack habit some how!! 👍💯
