The knee injuries have very little to do with the training in the PC. Female athletes are up to 4x more likely to suffer ACL injuries than men because of the musculature of their bodies and the demands sport places on them. So, before calling people idiots you should also be somewhat aware of what you are talking about. I like the podcast, but I find the PC thing really stupid when you also consider that very few of the men have gone down with ACL/knee injuries in the same time period. Straight up ignorance

U realise they don't pretend know bout medical problems they know that basically if u do more stress on ur knees then they break quicker, it's not rocket science and reason why u don't c men with similar injuries is cos they don't get put into sexist roles like the women do cos it's full of sexist old dinosaurs like yourself
