Imo the crowd is dead in both. There’s a few moments they start to wake but there weren’t any huge pops like normally. Dom gets one of the biggest with the boos. Punks was ok. Overall the Crowd was weak throughout though

@@johncady4466womens rumble definitely had more moments than the mens unfortunately. Andrades theme was butchered all to hell so if you missed the El Idolo at the start you would have no clue who was coming out. The best part of the night was Truth, but he always puts on a good show.

@@WilliamKliskey Next year when he loses the IC champion, he cant be both intercontinental champion and WHC. if he loses the IC champion before mania it ruins his credibility, going into mania, if he holds both champions, if someone beats him for 1, they might as well have both, it will be a narrative tunnel. Once he loses the IC champion this year he can win the rumble

I really wanted CM Punk to win this one, but after all, a decent Royal Rumble, it told great storylines, it was very good booked, i just hoped that Punk will win, but after all Cody winning makes sense too, i think womans rumble was still better though, glad Andrade is back too!

punk revealed on raw 48 hours after the rumble he has a right arm tricep injury he was tanding in the ring with a sling on him and said his going to be away from wwe for up to 12 months

@@adamnewman1672 I can't imagine a tricep injury would take 12 months to heal. Maybe 12-20 weeks. I've full on ripped tendons before and it was able to be used again after 3 months. Wasn't as strong, but that's what rehab is for.

Loved the hype for Miz's theme, I always liked it

First, I knew Gunther would be a threat but he’s already the IC champion. It wouldn’t make sense for him to headline WM. Second, Punk was expected to win, but he didn’t look that convincing to me as a “main event” caliber guy. The ONLY person who SHOULD dethrone Roman is Cody. It’s gonna happen at WM40!

Here’s how I envisioned Gunther winning the Rumble. He would challenge Rollins at Mania, but being the longest reigning IC champ, he would relinquish the IC title before Mania. So he goes in having not lost it. Then, you could’ve had a 6 man ladder match for the IC at Mania.

@@WilliamKliskeythat’s okay, but Gunther just relinquishing the belt makes it feel like all the work he’s done with that belt is all for literally nothing. You have to put over a new star and have him dethroned. And he’s been dominant for so long that he doesn’t lose any credibility in defeat. It just wasn’t the right year.

My man hated theory last year but this year he singing his theme. 😂😂
