Pyro was always my fear at a wwe house show or live event. Everytime I went I was so scared of it as a kid. It was like the loudest thing ive ever heard. Its like a big thud to your ear. Its also painful and loud.

I always use to be scared of times where they porpusely did Kane's Pyro out of no where as a jumpscare!

@@RE4-Station Oh fr. I remember one time I was at RAW in like 2015 and I went to the bathroom because it was commercial as im peeing I just hear a loud thud than Kanes theme and I almost peed on the wall.

I agree, I cant put my finger on it, but something's different with the pyro these days. I think it might be partly an artistic issue, as it doesn't have the "character" that it used to have back then. I also don't think they use their old pyro company Zenith anymore.

@@bellum128 before 2009 the pyro had more powder to it and was overall more thicker, ever since 2009 it's been a bit more smoke then actual pyro!

I was at raw night at pechenga arena I heard the fireworks for RKbros they were loud as hell!

You got to witness Edges return and Drew’s historic Rumble win, very lucky

I also got to witness edges last tlc match in houston texas at tlc 2010 (same city as the royal rumble 2020) edges last match at WM27 before his return. I couldn't believe its been 9 years since the last time I saw him wrestle live!

People count concussions as Pyro and those go off during those Entrances which are pretty loud, the actual sparks you see on the set are soundless but the concussion behind the set makes the sound. If you look at my Wrestlemania 34 Brock Lesnar entrance when the ring Pyro goes off you see me turn to the set and see smoke there because that's where the loud bang went off.

If it just makes a “BOOM” sound and no effects are released, it is considered non-pyro pyro.

+Re4tuber Even AJ Styles had non-pyro pyro. Whenever Rusev celebrated something big, his Russian flag would drop down and even the flag of Russia would also have non-pyro pyro.

@@AustinDickerson2001Tiger Salute shells are the equivalent to concussion, it acts the same way. A salute shell gives a loud boom and a flash of light. Concussion pot blasts, the thing that WWE uses for their boom are the same way, giving a loud boom and a flash of light. It's considered pyro.

The arena in Austin Texas is weird if you watch that smackdown August 17th, 2012 if you look behind the commentators there is only like one row of floor seats behind them and then it goes straight to the riser seats, because of that the set is moved up closer to the ring making the view so horrible!

The last Raw taping I attended was in 2016 and AJ Styles pyro was hands down the loudest that night even though I was expecting it. It was literally a sudden pop and louder than I intended it to have been and it caught everyone by the stage seats where I sat by off-guard.

Well WWE does have the best pyros in Wrestling. Or Sports Entertainment for that matter.

They are something truly amazing too see live! I was so said going to SD in 2017, and every event in 2018 except wm34 and they had no Pyro!

Finally I understand why they stop use the pyro . Btw in the Thunderdome it’s Too much EVERYONE HAS SOME PYRO !! Even in 2009-11 some big stars didn’t have some pyro like CENA / Orton

RE4-tuber , still now I don’t understand how it works especially the pyro of AJ and the ones from the Raw And SD set because they came from a screen and land through the floor or another screen for me it’s too much for my brain 😂😂 Now I don’t know why but I think that it can be dangerous because the people are too close from the pyro and because of the noise BUT ITS COOL 😂 . And with the arena I understand that they stop using them because it cost too much

As long as none of the Pyro lands on anyone or anything flammable nothing bad should happen but I always wondered what would happen if that did happen, I think wm24 had a Pyro accident. I caught some insane Pyro at WM 28 and man even outdoors the place can fill up with smoke after big show's Pyro!kzread.info/dash/bejne/pYx4sbdqfrangrQ.html

I was lucky or unlucky enough to be at the first raw which featured his pyro. Up until May 5th edition of RAW in 2002, Rob Van dam did not have pyro in his entrance. Naturally, I wasn't expecting any type of pyro during his entrance and my god did that scare me when I was there live. It was so loud. Also, that show was the first WWE show after they had to change their name from WWF.

I was so sad, I remember Smackdown July 11th 2017 I went to had no pyro the whole show and Wresltmanua 34 was the only show in 2018 I went to the had Pyro.

the pyros back in 2008 had a different feel

i was at raw yesterday it sounds like a damn bomb no kidding it it’s so loud my ears were ringing and to make things worse they kept coming at random times 😂

I remember I went to an event in 2010 in Corpus and the NXT pyro was so loud and made so much smoke in that tiny American bank center arena that the fire alarms went off!

Its just a concussion that goes off behind the set. All Pyro doesn't really make a loud bang, its the concussions behind the set that go off with the Pyro that make the bang

Hate to break it to everyone but it’s ALL THE SAME LOUDNESS!!! Each cue is tied to a percussion bomb in sync…Pyro is actually silent and sounds like a fart. Watch AEW for the comparison of no percussion. The difference in volume all depends on the building size and empty space in it for sound to reverberate…this headline is just flat out dumb 🤦🏻‍♂️
