Can we actually use custom legends arenas only in universe mode in 2k24?

The Universe I'm working on will have 4 shows, all with 20-30 "All-Stars" for each. I'm going to have WWE, WCW, ECW, and GLOW. All shows will participate/cross-over for all PPVs (if that's allowed). Also going to try to put in as many proper custom theme songs I can. (PC version).
