It was so weird last year when he just walked out immediately lol. Glad they fixed that. As a 90’s baby I enjoy the legends gameplay a lot in these games. Nice to see stuff like this get some more attention

They definitely didn't want high quality music tracks to just be extracted, so they used low bit rate compression. Sounds so bad compared to the real thing!

It's SO good to finally read that from someone else, it's been literally ages (!) Stone Cold's entrance walk was way, way off. Actually everything of him. The walk, the posing, the gestures, the mannerisms, moves in the ring. It's definitely an improvement here in 2k23. For so many years they they didn't they are finally paying attention to Stone Cold. It's mind boogling to me that Austin's animations were not even close to real for so many years giving the fact how huge of a star he was and still is.

They should add Bret Hart jumping out the ring and giving his glasses to a kid in the crowd at the end of his intro that would be bad arse !!

I am guessing at the time this video was made you hadn't unlocked everything yet bc there are multiple versions of wrestlers in this game and I am sure their entrances are different and also Kurt angle isn't in here neither are a few others but thanks for putting all the work into this video none the less since 2k23 doesn't allow you to preview entrances this video will help a lot of people with their caws at least when it comes to superstar entrances they still have to guess with the generic ones though unfortunately wwe 2k23 should let you preview them before you select them

one thing they ALWAYS skip in the game, is the wrestler actually coming from behind the stage. they always make them just randomly pop up there but you barely notice because of the camera angle being switched

I love how that was the one thing you fixated on, instead of appreciating the obvious INCREDIBLE work the 2k devs did to accurately recreate 200 SUPERSTARS entrances looking better than they ever have before. You arm chair developers throw around the word "lazy" when you don't have the first idea of how hard it is to develop games like this, even something as "simple" as making longer entrances would take at least 6 months by itself, time the devs do not have

I don't remember which game it was, but back in the day I remember Big Shows entrance has him coming from behind the curtain, and him ducking his head cos he was too tall under the bottom of the door

I wish 2K would have done like Legend's of Wrestling and give each wrestler 4 different attires to choose from or even 5... On PS2 it was possible.

since wwe 2k22-wwe 2k23 came, why did they put kevin nash the outsiders at kevin nash nwo and put kevin nash nwo at kevin nash (the outsiders)? I mean, in the previous 2k, especially wwe 2k14 they put kevin nash according to his character, namely kevin nash nwo adapted to kevin nash with the nwo costume. while kevin the outsiders, adapted to kevin nash with the outsiders costume.

Is it that hard for 2k to make longer ramps for big shows like Summerslam and Mania!? 2k is lazy. It’s the small details that make great games.

Apparently yes since you have 200+ entrances to reanimate to accommodate the longer stages. And that's not including tag team entrances or ones with vehicles. It's less of 2K being lazy and more of you not having a clue while being an armchair developer. Especially when they have less than a year to put out a new game, which is nothing when fans are screaming for new content constantly.

I think the only thing I dislike about the entrances is that. The entrances don’t match the year. They’re always delayed from the year before.
