WWE '13 is a professional wrestling video game developed by Yuke's and published by THQ for the PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360.[1] It is the second game in the WWE series and the fifteenth overall in the combined series. It is the sequel to WWE '12, and was released on October 30, 2012 in North America and was released on November 2, 2012 in United Kingdom.
The game focuses on the Attitude Era of WWE, replacing its Road to WrestleMania Mode with an Attitude Era Mode where the player plays through the Attitude Era. The game gives such characters as Stone Cold Steve Austin and elements as the Monday Night Wars a more important role in the game than in previous games of the series. (source wikipedia)

The sharpshooter is one of HBK's signatures moves so when Bret Hart is down and you have a signature move avaiable press triangle ou Y if you're playing on the 360.
With a signature move stored press triangle when Bret Hart is on the mat near his legs.

Well they are both two of the greatest performers in WWF/E history, neither of them is my favorite wrestler but HBK is better when it comes to promos.

When you have a finisher move stored knock down Bret Hart approach his legs and press triangle to use the sharpshooter on him.
