Call of Duty: World at War is a 2008 first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360. The game was released in North America on November 11, 2008, and in Europe on November 14, 2008.

Great game! And PBY pilots/crews were some of the bravest crews of the Pacific War. They saved countless downed airman and ship crews while at sea. There’s actually an account of one landing to save a torpedo bomber during the attack on the Yamato.

This one was much more fun then the current WW2! Really getting tired of America steam rolls through and no other side is recognized. Every side deserves to be shown!
Some of the most intense WW2 gameplay I've ever watched.
This looks realistic with everyone screaming, gunshots, plane sounds, explosions, kamikaze sounds, the fire, the smoke, etc. It looks real war

A quick note:
The planes kamikaziing into the ships and water with the "REEEEEERVREEEEEE" gave me chills
The gunner to the Japanese:GIVE ME HENTAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!

It was the US Navy vs the Japanese in WWII in the Pacific, not the Army Air Corps, which is now the US Air Force.

For some reason, I always think the catch phrase for this level is "SHOOT THOSE DAM PT BOAT!"
2 things. 1) PBY Catalinas(Also nicknamed Black Cats) were never used by the US Army. The were operated by the Navy and Coast Guard as a spotting/raiding plane and for CSAR(Combat Search and Rescue). 2) Imperial Japan did not have an Air Force. This should be titled : US Navy Black Cats vs IJN Composit Task Force.
