@@DecentKZreadr2007 the war was over in 1918 and this movie depicts fresh enlistees that only went through basic training their trench has no field guns or explosives they end up taking the tanks out as they pass over the first trench and their infantry support dissolves allowing the soldiers to throw grenades into the lmg windows. for all intensive purposes this is almost all of their first times seeing active tanks.

The tank shown is a Saint-chamond. It was shoot though at the sides, but the front was more armored like a trap for people inside. it could get stuck very easily in trenches. But it would often kill way more people. When the war was over it was retired and scrapped.

Bro, the WW2 update was fire, the Jews also said it was fire.

The amount of surprise, fear, and realization of the destruction these war machines will cause must have been insane

For a fact, they didn't have the tracks seen in this. Instead they were attached to the sides of the tank for the Mark I. Like around the sides of the body. They still used a similat mechanism like that but hidden inside the tank.

Tho, the moral of the movie was supposed to be to NOT Glorify Wars. War isn't a fun adventure its a living hell which the creator is doing rn.
