Mine is i5 8th gen 8gb ram dual channel 500gb hdd Nvidia mx150 2gb It's only stuttering occasionally at first but when exit and reopen the game, it runs better, still stutters but lesser

The same thing happened for my laptop even at low and off much of settings. Meanwhile , i can ran genshin and hsr without any hiccups or stuttering . So i think i will drop this game

My pc aint that beefy but I can run genshin in pretty high settings comfortably. But Wuthering Waves still stutters for me despite me running the game in lowest settings. I don't think this game is more detailed or intricate its just unoptimized.

Yes the epic games launcher is quite heavy sometimes you'll have to just wait until the cpu usage drops before opening the game.
