You are totally right in your video about people visiting Wuppertal just to see the Schwebebahn! I did a couple of years ago! I also went on one of the trolleybuses there that are part of the Solingen network.
About 8 years ago my brother and I went there just to ride it. Well worth the trip. The new cars are all the same color and look to have much better rear view
I took a ride on this back in September. It fascinated the hell out of me way too much 😂

It's brilliant, isn't it?
The "Stop. [Hammerstein]" bit proper cracked me up! Well played!
Ditto I've been there for the dingle-dangle Nice to see it again
If you reverse the rearward view it looks correct for Britain! 😜 I went on part this back in 1987 when I was 16! There’s a zoo which we went to visit. The holiday wasn’t exactly an outstanding success because, although I went with my family, parents and brother, we were awkwardly split up between other families. I can barely speak a word of German and I couldn’t wait to get home! Having said that I would quite like to ride this railway again one day.
I was there a few years ago more cities should introduce it
I was just in Cologne for the weekend and made sure I got the Regional train to Wuppertal just to ride this system. I love that the tickets are fairly simple, one ticket covering all my trains in the region for the day was only €21! Love the Scwebebahn and the very confusing S-Bahn system in that region
i always have a ride its bc i live in deutschland forever end i love it in a year ago it fall down
Oh, I see that they have new train’s! What’s about some historical facts?

The Tim Traveller video goes into more detail on the history, I'd have just been repeating him: kzread.info/dash/bejne/a316ypiwdrewmbQ.html
