Wudang Taiji Quan with Master Zhong Yun Long - Wudang Sanfeng Pai
Let me share some beautiful inspirations of learning Taiji Quan with Master Zhong Yun Long. Here you see the students of the Wudang Sanfeng Academy practicing the 28 Form of Wudang Sanfeng Pai Taiji Quan under the guidance of Master Zhong Yun Long. It is a shorter version of the traditional long form. I filmed this little moment of practice during my last stay at Wudang Sanfeng Academy in Wudang Shan, the cradle of Taiji Quan, on 23/11/212.
Dialogue is not necessarily words. Taiji Quan is a beautiful way of starting to dialogue with others, our environment and ourselves :-)

There is a documentary "Taichi of Wudang - Mind, Void, Tao" that you can find on KZread and that features Master Zhong Yun Long. There are no instructional DVDs yet, but I think there is a project of making some. You can find some teaching videos with Master Zhong Yun Long on the internet site of Wudang Sanfeng Academy. There's a beautiful application now for cell phones and iPads on the Taiji, Qi Gong and forms of the Wudang Sanfeng Pai. For the moment it's free. You can download it at the Apple store. The application's name is KungFuTaichi. Good Wudang inspirations to you :-)

It was amusing seeing one of the pupils give a big wide yawn even as she was doing the sequence. It must have been early in the morning.

ok, merci pour ta réponse :) le tuishou c'est quand meme.. capital dans le taiji, j'en ai entendu beaucoup raconter que Zhong Yunlong ne pouvait pas l'enseigner correctement. bon entrainement ! joel (on se connait de wudang!)
