The best Kung-Fu film ever made IMO. The inter-linking plots, the pace of the story telling, the fight choreography, the music - it just comes together in this movie.

Easily, my favourite Kung Fu Film of all time. All actors are great, but the swag, presence and menace of the Snakes, Wilson Tong in particular, who also choreographed fight scenes, is simply phenomenal 🐍🥋

All I did living in Alabama was watch kung fu movies as a kid, and this is one of my favorites

live by the snake, die by the snake.Was my first martial arts film back in 1983. Relatively speaking, by far still one of the best. And great acting from ALL the principle actors

Remember watching this in 1982, was one of the very first kung fu films I saw and my favourite, brings back memories 🙏

I watched this movie somewhere around 1980's when I was 12 yrs old at theater Vasco-da-Gama Goa and now I am 50+ residing in Chandigarh. These Style movies of the time use to leave impression on our amateur minds, when me and my friends try to perform the same what we saw in the movie, ha ha ha....breaking things in the way of known and unknowns. Thanks for posting as it has once again restored those beautiful golden memories.

I like how he combined the two styles to defeat the snake style in the final fight. The hook = drunken 🐒

I agree this is one of the best ending, because he uses several impressive drunk monkey techniques very convincingly to beat the two snakes. It's how he wins not just the win. The two snakes were gentlemen comparing to other vilains typically seen in these movies.

This movie got me into watching kung-fu I first watched this when I was about 6.7 yo I watched it with my uncle & when he died when I was 9 every time I watch this It helps me remember him I like that

my favorite kung fu move, best drunken style (the hook)

The last fight always gives me chills it is so good fight

I 've been watching this movie since long time ago,I can't get tired of watching it.

I do remember this film i was 13 years old when i saw this in the 80's and i still loved it but that was the last time i saw it i have been looking for it for a long time

I saw this classic in New Orleans at the theater, in the 80's. this is one of those movies you watch and never forget. I don't think Wilson-Tong has ever played a good guy.

This is the first Kung Fu film I ever watched on VHS.

Many compliment this as a fine fine classic film. Description outlines the main aspects of the movie. More details are: Sei Ah Sah (C Chan) faces Ko Tin Son (Pomson Shi) right at the very beginning. Sow Cha (John Chiang) works his way into becoming a student of Teacher Ho (Hau Chiu Sing) great at the Drunk Fist style. Sow gets his revenge on gang that beat him up earlier. DESCRIPTION covers the rest from that point. A very rare movie where the drunken style is combined with the monkey style and some commenters rate this the best snake fist style movie out there. Easy to watch again !

Not a sexist comment, as simply, not many females from certain societies, back in the day, would watch these type of dubbed martial arts movies. So, I appreciate your appreciation 🐍

I watch those Chinese Movie it had Fews Supernatural. Like the Learning and Training and the Fighting Movement how they can Predicted their opponents attacks and what Styles to Beat their Styles

my memories of watching all kung fu movies

Good thing I was raised watching these kinds of movies. My mom first introduced to me Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan when I was 5 or 6. When I turned 12 or 13 I searched up kung fu movies and my god I fell in love with the different kung fu movies with different animal styles. My 3 favorites are the Snake Fist, Eagle Claw & Mantis Fist 🔥

Remind me of going to the Kung Fu theater on 42nd Street in NYC. You get 3 movies for$1.50 all day and see some great flicks.
