Canada has changed big time since we came here in 2007 from Germany. It was friendly, affordable and had lots of opportunities. Now it's a depressing, greedy and egomaniac society with more and more special interest groups, a dysfunctional government and monopolies everywhere! 🙄🙁

im British and my wife is Swiss, our son plays Ice hockey in Switzerland at a high junior level for his age, we DID put in paperworks to move to CA, but cancelled it untill JT is gone and you sort your shit out

moved here in 2012 as an Intl student, got my MBA, made my money and now, I'm heading out to US or to Dubai. Canada will need 2 decades to recover from the decade of Trudeau and his policies. Policies make or break countries.

Canada economy is oil and natural resources export based economy. As the world move towards Renewable, Canadian economy will shrink. Canada does not produce anything, most of things comes from USA. Same like Nepal , most of things comes from India. Price has to do with supply and demand. You have two choices either build more houses that will create more jobs....or...... cut the demand, that will lead to recession later. At average cost of get Permanent Resident in Canada is around $100,000. So, if people move to other countries after Canada they are giving $100,000 and their 5 to 10 years service or tax of their life with very less medical support (because most of them come and go in their young age.)
