Soukoku were fighting their enemies, Dazai has a broken arm cause he somehow broke it in the mission. The enemy tries to shot Dazai with bullets (the bullets have a drug in it that takes the ability for a short period of time, so that the ability that is in the bullet can take affect on Dazai, Dazai is the enemy’s target) Chuuya tried to shield Dazai because normally the bullets wouldn’t harm him but he accidentally touches Dazai, course of the touch, it nullifies Chuuya’s ability, so he got hit by the bullet, along with Dazai. Chuuya goes and kills(?) the enemies. Dazai & Chuuya feel dizzy because of the drug in the bullet, then the children spawn out of thin air.

The bullet has a drug in it that nullifies the ability of anyone that got hit by it for a couple of seconds in that time the ability that is also in the bullet takes affect (the bullet is especially designed against Dazai)

The ability is an ability that makes a “copy/clone” (like DNA, appearance, personality) of the person that got hit, but it depended on the victims age (works best on adults, around 19-60+ younger than that and it would have a few imperfections), the person with the ability can use the “copy/clone” and command it.
Because Dazai & Chuuya were children/teens and the user was half dead, the ability was malfunctioning and it had mixed with the drug. So the “copy/clone” weren’t one but three and they only have some of the appearance and personality (the “copy/clone still has the DNA of the victim) of the people it hit (2 of the “copy’s/clone’s changed their gender too.) And because of mixing the drug and ability, the “copy/clone” couldn’t be commanded anymore and wouldn’t disappear ether. (somehow the “copies/clone’s” were children and had both the DNA of Chuuya & Dazai, also the appearance & personality is split between the “copies/clones’s”)

The ability was creating children of the two people it hit, with both of their personalitys , appearances, abilitys. Normally, the people it hit get only one child (age range from 1-10) but of course they (Soukoku) had “great luck” (depends how you look at it) and they got 3, dizygotic twins (son & daughter, 3 y/o) & 10 y/o daughter
(not every child has 100% of everything, e.g one has more the personality of parent A and the other has e.g the appearance of parent B) and genes of course (the gender of the people it hit doesn’t matter)
