Salam lamine, please read my comment: Though this "documentary" is very lazy and severly lacks objectivity, there are some things to point out that I think are important to know. Vomit gore is a series of 3 extreme gore and emetophilia (vomit fetish) movies. There are bands with the name vomit gore and gore vomit but the movies are far more known than them. So if the Algerian band got inspired by anyone (which let's admit, is highly likely), it's by these movies. It wouldn't be better if they got inspried by one of the music band. The first search for vomit gore metal gives the result which has as a main theme satanism and anti religion (I'm not making it up, it's literally written on a website that's basically an encyclopedia of metal bands). But let's come back to vomit gore. Maybe the guys just like the disturbing aesthetic, and got inspired of it to name their band. But there is more than one reason to NOT be inspired by Vomit gore... aside from the first logical reasons that come to mind like the fact it's disgusting. The person behind the movies is a man who calls himself "Lucifer Valentine", and the name isn't just a joke. He actually is a self proclaimed satanist AND also has a very weird relationship with his blind and autistic little sister. He literally called her his girlfriend in an interview 🤢 He also is a Kurt Cobain and Nirvana fan. Aside from that, the whole triolgy of movies is surrounded by a veil of allegations and very worrisome things. Main thing being that the actors may not be consenting which is terrible when you know how extreme the movies are... All this to say, maybe the documentary was stupid and exaggerated. Probably the boys don't know all these details. But I see how El bilad ended up with the documentary they ended up with. The tie between metal and satanism is real, not to say every metal head is a satanist. I won't even say the boys are satanists, I think saying that is very serious because you're basically accusing them of Shirk. But the truth is that they are possibly inspired by a satanist and that on their channel, one of their videos has a very, very inappropriate thumbnail. If you're curious, it's a woman not wearing anything (astaghfirullah), getting tortured by other people. Please don't go look, it's just a picture and not very interesting, dnob zyada. Anyway, whoever likes metal music should know of the ties it may have sometimes with satanism. Know if the people you listen to are satanist, be aware. Listen consciously.
