I never realized writing vlogs were a thing until I joined your kickstarter. Now I just lay down and listen to you rant about your MC it makes me happy for some reason. It's quite relaxing and think I found my new favorite thing so hope you keep making more of these~

You've been crazy productive this month, I'm so jealous! 😂 Also, just seeing you rage about Ingramspark is giving me gray hair. They sound soooo frustrating. Hopefully you'll find a better workaround soon - I get that they're sort of a necessary evil right now ❤

I suddenly don't feel bad about my 'The Modern Romance One' being at 48385 words and not near being...halfway done. Also much less romance than I thought. Awesome work so far!

“Her love language is food. And she is very much a ‘let me comfort you’ type person.” Already, I relate to this new character 😂. Also yesss, I always appreciate how you portray the fae myths! Everyone always seems to forget that they are genuinely rather scary concepts in the long run, even if there are fea who are considered good. But always dangerous. (Ever look into puck myths? Those are freaking scary if you think about them…) And oml I never realized other people also saw Iohmar as a ‘button pusher character 😆. In all honesty that’s what I loved about him. Especially with the whole “I’m to old to give a crap” vibe. I told my sister before she started reading that I felt he was the kind of character who got the “if your friends jumped off a bridge would you too?” Talk. Only for him to say “I’d be the first to do it.” Excited to see if you go through with the short stories with the characters! I’ve really missed them a ton and I’m a type of person who really can’t let go of her own characters, so it would be an awesome thing to have! And gosh, the whole ingrimspark (sorry, not bothering on trying to spell right 😂) issue sounds like a mess. I’ve watch a few other people who publish (you being the only one I genuinely follow so it’s limited) it’s very much a “pick your poison” type of deal. Never the less, it all looks beautiful! Now for the sister quote (I’m running out. My sister really needs to get on it 😂) “Galen acting like this baby pays rent that’s two weeks overdue”(unfortunately, I was drinking water when I got this text) Much love and can’t wait for the next vid! 🩷🩷🩷 (Also my mastiff kept trying to eat my phone while I was watching this because he was mad that I wasn’t petting him more despite him literally laying on me and stealing a huge part of my already small bed 💀. I think he was mad I wouldn’t let him watch 😂)

I'm definitely trying to keep the scarines of Faerie while also keeping the love interest a sweet person and it's a struggle 😂 Had the same struggle with Iohmar, he's just a big lovable dope but also he's supposed to scare every human who comes across him haha! He would literally be the first off the bridge you're so right 🤣 I'm really looking forward to getting some short stories finished! Yeah, I'm just so over Ingram, there are definitely no perfect options. It's why I love the Kickstarters so I can afford printers who are competent! Hahahahaha your sister omg, he really was acting like that in the beginning. I need to specifically write a story for him and Lor just to show how cute they are now. You have a mastiff??? They're SO COOL 😭❤

@@EmilyMcCosh haha! I think you write Iohmar perfectly and balanced his “ima do it because I’m to old to care.” And his “ooo, scary fae king.” Very well. And yesss! Galen and Lor mini story would be the best!!! 😆 And yup! I have an African mastiff named mars whos 180ibs. (He’s about 2 now) Currently thinks he’s a lapdog and who’s scared of his own shadow. He was supposed to be a guard dog 😆. I also have a old English bulldog named Nova (who’s 4 or 5) who Mars thinks is his girlfriend even though she hates him. And a Mutt we adopted and brought over from Mexico when we lived there, named Luna (she’s our old lady at 7 years old). My house is rather chaotic 😂. Mars literally woke me up this morning by laying his face on mine then jumping onto my bed and smothering me. He’s a big doofus.

@@EmilyMcCosh oml 😂. Yup. Small victories when big dogs aren’t too big so you aren’t smothered. Doesn’t really help when the real big dogs see you as their second mom though 😂

I am at 43K so just have to write the last four chapters of the month and should hit my goal! Today is a revision day so we'll get back to writing tomorrow! Hope the art prints turn up soon!

Me when Emily tries to defend her mc: 20:00 , Nooo no,😆 😅 Emily, you don't get to play the she is afraid card after you already yeeted her sense of fear out the window from the start, 😂 From what I understand she wants to be fearless by design( living on the edge of danger. Literally, she lives next to that place) and this entire adventure is her achieving that goal 18:10 Even Alice and Rossie look worried that your mc is going to get in trouble😆 00:22 The bird outside pecking, thinking to itself, that mc going to get in trouble🤭 (I keep saying mc, what is her name? Emily is going be like I said it a 1000 times , ...pause of shame 😅) Anywho, The artifacts you were telling us that you collected on the beach. Sitting there like, how much words you wrote, how in the shell, your mc made it through all that alive Talking about them look at the size of those beauties, 5:35🤯 Emily the temperature really , is fine, that chill you feeling, thats all coming from your mc's, ice cold numb fearlessness😁 9:00 Indecisive? 25:58 look at that tree being blown away, now if that tree had a choice it'll pick up itself and make a decision to walk to shelter. Emily's mc ain't got no chance to be indecisive. Emily's mc got no choice, by design she is fearless. I use Natalia Leigh from Enchanted Ink Publishing, she's fantastic! I know, sometimes I feel she must just be so exhausted with my sentence fragments 🤣
