THIS is a great video for the watch-hobby! It helps that you featured a comic, that keeps it lively. But the idea of a person who is animated and passionate about watches, talking about his journey is something that (I for one, and I'm sure a lot of) other people can identify with. So many other people push out videos about watches that are more painful to sit through than a cancer diagnosis... this is fun! Keep these videos coming!

Lou has a a great story for each watch in his great collection and there is one watch that means more to him than all the rest, that's the Seiko his father gave him. This shows the sentimental value of pieces in people's collections that speak the most to them. My favorite story was about the Seiko his father gave to him and how he would gladly give all the others up to keep it. This really speaks to his character. He has fantastic stories to go with each watch and I loved every one of them. He does has a couple of unique pieces I've never seen with shows his slightly eclectic taste, maybe because he is a comedian/writer, he is also very intelligent. I bet he has a ton of great stories. His Rolex's are beautiful, but I think his Pateks are even better. Very nice episode and I loved the video work.❤😊

Great story, A funny guy from New York makes good. I agree with his take on the war on tobacco. Weed is destroying the brains of our youth but it’s just fine these days. Total horse--t. It all stems from greedy lawyers milking the cash cow of big tobacco and cigarettes. Cigarette smoking is bad for sure. Additives and inhalation are a huge stain on tobaccos history and importance to the formation of the nation. Our history as a nation began with pipe smoking. But I digress, I smoked premium cigars for 30 years, I didn’t know any better. I still do occasionally, but as far as the relaxation and nuances of the tobacco, pipe smoking is far and away a more elevated pursuit. After a while most cigars taste the same. The cigar leaf is the same basic taste. The smoke hangs around like a case of herpes and the next morning it tastes like you licked a dirty ashtray. Plus it takes zero skill to smoke a cigar. Pipe tobacco, blends many types of leaf, Virginia, burley, orientals( of which there are a dozen sub varieties) , Latakia, and a multitude of aromatic blends. In addition, the skill required to master the mechanics of the pipe itself takes years of experience. And very much like the hobby of horology, pipe collecting is a whole world worthy of the true connoisseur. I am a pipe smoking zealot, but I do like a cigar from time to time. Without question, pipe smoking takes some focus. However, it is more contemplative than a cigar. Just ask Einstein, Tolkien and Oppenheimer. Keep up the great interviews.
