Once you've done Neuvillette's story quest, the fact that Melusine discrimination is punished so harshly hits differently

I just love hearing more dialogues for Genshin and Star Rail characters so much.

I thought fountain was gonna be a strict place with a terrifying archon and a brutal judgement system and then those silly guys showed up with their clown behavior and the judge is always crying like a baby, then again I thought the fortress was going to be some kind of horrible place you had to sneak around and make some serious ninja level stuff to discover some deep secret but then again rizzlee was just this guy who told us everything and liked tea and helped us do all the stuff and criminals were just nice people in the end... I'm so confused by this game.

He's likely the strongest playable character in lore introduced since Zhongli... And they made him a dehydration-fearing old man. I love it.

Most likely Egeria, the voiceline came out before Focalors had died so he wouldn't have known that she was dead.

the last part is a spoiler of egregia and furina

That obviously means the sustainer is dead. Hence their lack of action concerning the prophecy, as well as other noteworthy events in Genshin

If it was referencing Focalors it would have come out in 4.2 another example of this is Neuvilette's voiceline 'about Furina' he did not have this voiceline in 4.1 but it got added in 4.2 to reference the archon quest. So was this referencing Focalors or Furina the voiceline would have come out in 4.2. Which it didn't, so this is most likely referencing that Egeria's actions still lived within Fontaine to that day which would be the ghost. And the manipulating part is her changing the oceanids into humans and thereby manipulating celestia
