I wrestled and raced dirt bikes.. racing was so much harder/more exhausting.. harescrambles/enduros are more of an endurance race, and motos are hard sprints. A adult bike is 240lb or so, 10-13x the horsepower of your average riding lawn mower, and it requires everything mentally and physically. Moto was ranked as 1-2 I can’t remember for hardest sports to do. Even the elite pros can’t go hard the entire time without burning out and wrecking. Yeah did I mention, as you get tired you make more mistakes and don’t recover as fast & well. So it’s common to start wrecking once you can’t feel your arms from the arm pump and lose control.. and you can die or be paralyzed very easily..

To anyone that might read that : put your phone aside, get in your bed if you're not in it already and close your eyes. You need rest and you know it. Sometimes it's hard to put an end to the day. Even though you're tired, you might feel like you still didn't have enough time for yourself. Or maybe you did, and you don't want it to be over. Sometimes refusing to sleep is an urge to live, because you simply don't want the day to be over yet. That's good, it proves that inside of you, you're a fighter. But it isn't the logical choice. Because that time that you save isn't productive and doesn't make you happier. In the end it only makes it worse, because you'll be tired tomorrow, when it's time to live for real. So go get some rest, try to take care of yourself for a few days and get the energy you need back, to find the time to do all the things that you wish you did. To make your life a better place to live in. Have a good night!

As a wrestler this is how I look coming out of all practices and matches beat up because I push my self to my limit to the point of throwing up and then I keep going and pushing because that’s how I expect every match to be. You wrestle like you practice

What is so cool, that wrestlers see a wrestler get sick and there is no eww or any off the weak mentality you see in other sports. It is part of the life. See a wrestler crying after a big loss and no one says anything. They know the sacrifice and pain. Then you pick your crap up to next tournament, States, NCAA tournament or Worlds. Yes, some our victories, but all have tasted the bitter taste of defeat and moved forward. Nothing like it.

The of the best Artur Taymazov
My son did 7 years of MMA started at 7 yrs old in high school he joined wrestling and he told me I love it but it’s way harder than MMA he did 4 years and went back to MMA but now he incorporated wrestling he does it just for fun not for competitions
This might just be one of the hardest edits I have ever seen 🔥
I used to wrestle in high school, and it was the most fun yet physical demanding sport. I played in my entire life.
these wrestlers are my motivation these days. tremendous physic without juice.
King Arthur Thamzaev. Uzbekistan❤❤❤❤

As a wrestler this is how I look coming out of all practices and matches beat up because I push my self to my limit to the point of throwing up and then I keep going and pushing because that’s how I expect every match to be. You wrestle like you practice
@advancedchiropractic667

I was wrestler. It is not cold it is just it should be. Masculine traditional back to roots activity. We put admiration nowadays because we became little soft compared to the past
