you must copy each file by selecting it one by one, not the entire folder

hold one of the files you selected, then copy will apear and it will copy all of them as long as you have them all highlighed in blue

Download Files on playstore (by Marc apps & software), go to settings, uninstall updates of your phone File manager, then see if it works. If it didn't just watch other tutorials on youtube. Pretty sure there's a solution to that problem
