Longest video so far, this time 8 laps of one the Crazy 8s tracks and, as usual, a full field of 23 AI opponents. The wording describes this track as 'big', although it felt about the same size as Oval 2 - however, the time says it all, and I didn't get held up anywhere, so big it must be.
Choosing the Silver Bullet again (this time sporting a fetching pink livery) wasn't a great idea and it took a few rehearsal runs to get the handbrake right; which I actually didn't, but it was enough to avoid being punted from behind entering the corners out of the crossover straights.
From about 17th on the grid I managed a win, and I'm guessing about two thirds of the field finished. There were certainly more casualties than on the Oval 2 Figure of 8 uploaded yesterday.
NOTE: For this race I downloaded part of the 'real' mod which adds extra tyre smoke. Ploughing blind into the intersection felt like a good idea!
