Wrangler 392 on 35's Attempts Hackett Gulch - More Tailpipe and Bumper Dragging

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

We ended up just in front of a fun group of Wranglers that were also running Hackett. We attempted all the obstacles on this trail, so as usual, there is some more rock sliding, tailpipe clearance issues, and coming down on the rear bumper. Got some drone footage of the river crossing at the end of the video.

Love seeing another 392 being used for more than just a pavement princess. Mine is used a bunch in CO too!

35” should be standard on the $80k 392 model. I’m sure fuel mileage ratings were behind the 33” stock tire decision.

Do you fine the fan runs a lot on the 392? Any issues with it running hot at crawling speeds over obstacles?

It’s turned on once or twice when crawling. You can hear it on for a bit in one my other videos (Eagle Rock). But definitely not a lot.

Thanks man! It’s about an hour down to the river and an hour back to the trailhead. But we usually stay down at the river for about an hour as well.

The four door makes bringing the kids much easier for us and we are able to have the same fun. I think both are fun for different reasons.

@@Colorado392family I agree. I started with a YJ back in the 90’s then I had a 4Dr XJ when my kids were young but now I have went back to a 2021 2dr Rubicon.

Nope! I have a friend with 37” BFG KO2’s on his 392 and he went with 1.5” teraflex spacers. But they were not needed with 35’s.

This is a regular 392 with 35’s added. They didn’t offer the XR package when we ordered this one. We have a 2022 392 XR on order!
