This looks cool

I find the oven well made. I light up the fire as per video. After one hour the temp is around 200C . I used a lot of pallets and charcoal to no avail . It won't heat up to 400c

if i use charcoal chimney and dump hot charcoals + wood blocks/chunks instead of pellets, will that work. If I do that how long will it take to reach 700 stone temp. I like this model but very little info is available.

Wood chunks and charcoal will work well. If you use hardwood chunks you should be able to get the stone up to 700 F in about 20 minutes. Using the right size wood chunks can actually make it easier to regulate the heat of the oven. Let us know if you have any more questions.

I tried it with pelets and it didnt heat up soo fast. Soo iw put on the fire hardwood chunks and it boosted to 900 F ( 500 C ) easily.

How often do you have to add pellets and how many pellets did you use for a couple pizzas?

I wish I could find more videos of people using these. Lots of people using Ooni and Qubestove, not too many using WPPO. Why is that?
