When the pictures of these Nike SB Hawaii dropped a while back these didn't really get that much love, but as time went on and more details and pictures released you could feel that Dunk hype is still very much there!
These Dunks embrace Hawaii’s ‘Aloha’ spirit of mutual regard for affection and warmth in caring with no obligation in return, this isn't the first time Nike SB has looked to the Polynesian island for inspiration. With special attention given to its hemp-crafted construction, an ode to traditional beachwear and rattan coastal-front furnishings. However, pick away at the seams and this faded native state-flower Hawaiian hibiscus print gives way to green shaggy suede and the red pattern used on the inner sole.
These really are a nice pair of Dunks in-hand and i'm so tempted to unpick these seams.

So stoked on these, started to cut mine yesterday. I’m hoping I’ll be able to have enough Hawaiian print left over to try and sew around my laces to keep the Hawaiian print incorporated with the shoe.
These are fire. Simple and yet they make a statement. I just love dunk highs. The non SB versions don't resell for that much over retail. Which is quite wonderful if you ask me. Lol. Dope review. I will be on the look out for the on foot pics on IG.
