Thank you for reminding us to say, "Yes" to things that make our lives better and to say, "No" to everything that will make our lives worse...food for thought - remembering the time that a man was only as good as his word. May the Lord bless you and your viewers, Sam, and keep you safe. Until next time, Mike&Pat

Roads and building pads through jungles in a dust bowl, fill-in swamps and roads over that to a building pad under a rock mountain, roads up a steep mountain to a house pad with basement, driveways, huge ponds, clearing a muddy hillside for the church, with a corresponding message at the end of each video. Just waiting to see a tunnel through a mountain. Best videos on my watch list, keep them coming.

You're right about a handshake not meaning what it used to. I understand that sometimes, stuff happens that we can't control, but I was always taught that if I tell someone I'm going to do something, do it. If something beyond my control interferes with my promise, be courteous and communicate with the other party. Being in business for myself, good communication is vital to a good working relationship with my contractors. Great job on the project, stay safe my friend.

Yup, that stuff was a pain to dig through. The dozer could have done it but trying to manage all the material in a good pile is easier with the excavator. And all the smaller trees have a tendency to fall back and accross the dozer.
