Morrell is the real deal, other then canelo i believe morrell stylistically as well can brutally stop Benavidez. Canelo and Morrell elite boxers elite IQS elite footwork devastating power. I got Canelo and Morrell stopping Benavidez. Would love to see Morrell Vs Mbilli next! As well as Morrell vs John Ryder as well as Morrell vs Munguia or Berlanga.

Absolutely not!! DB deserves and earned his shot against Canelo. If he doesn't get his shot, then maybe he can choose Morrell as a next opponent. Morrell is a good fighter, but every fighter has a career trajectory. Just because a new guy appears on the scene, they can't dictate your career. No!!! He should get one more fight and be DB's first defense.

@billionaireboxingTV Me too. I'm a Philly guy. Boots is one of my favorites. But I can't blame Bud and EJ for not changing their career trajectories for Boots. Do I want them fights? HELL YEAH! I think Boots beats everybody at 47 and 54. But he was the next class coming in. Ortiz, Stanionis, Butaev, Rashidi, Zander all them are Boots class and they are his present and future opponents, along with others. It is a business. Not just for boxers but media also. That's why well-known known pros get waaaaaaaay more exposure than up and comers. The majority of people in boxing are in it for money and entertainment. Not the purity. Podcasts and media talk more about possibilities and what a m.f. wearing than pure boxing.
