WOW! Cordoba EB CE Mini II Travel Size |
Hey guys! In today's guitar review video I'm going to show you the incredible Cordoba Mini II EB-CE Travel Size Guitar.
Say hello to the Mini II EB-CE - a Mini travel-size guitar, but slightly bigger and with an extended 580mm (22 7/8”) scale length so it tunes perfectly to Standard E. Despite its small profile, the Mini II has a deeper body depth which creates a well-rounded tone that is close to a full-size nylon string guitar. Built with a solid spruce top and striped ebony back and sides, the Mini II EB-CE is resonant with a clear, defined tone.

Me too. I love it. I play it more than my full size acoustic.
I love the satin finish. Wish more guitars came that way. I own two Cordoba's. Their quality control is unmatched.

Uh well, for their price point maybe that's true. I never bought one since their quality and tone compared to Taylor's never matched but this is $150 so can't beat that.

I love Cordoba too.
I have had a Cordoba Mini II for about a year. Great little guitar. It has a sweet tone if you don't push it too hard. Unlike a full size guitar that is braced for higher tension, if you are too aggressive with your right hand the tone on the Mini II will suffer. To get louder it needs an amp, not a heavy hand. But it obviously isn't designed to compete against a Takamine or Martin, so nice and sweet is just fine. Mine stays in a stand so it can be picked up and played often.
Im buying this lele. Well played sir👌💯
Thanks for the cool review. I bought one a couple of months ago. I love it. I have a big tummy, so the thinner size works well. I'm 72 so the lighter mini style works better for my shoulder. Actually set up my Phase 90 with it and "Badge" sounds pretty cool. Thanks again!

Runnin' an acoustic through a Phase 90- Love it! 👍
Beautiful i like the siund of this travel guitar
I just bought the mohagany version yesterday. Looking forward to it.
Yea great review, I need to scale down size for travelling
I have it, I love it.
Alright that’s it. I’m spending my student fund on this
Very nice! My brother recently got the Cordoba mini bass version of this and absolutely loves it. Do you have a bass review version of this and what is your opinion of that as well?
Love the sound with the pickup, unplugged sounds a little floppy. I love the instrument over all. 👍👍👍
It's a hybrid guitar- Uke. It has it own sound. May have to get one.
Me want!
Beautiful does it have a truss rod?
I want to get this exact guitar. When is it going to be available in your store? I’m petite woman and beginner with small hands. I think this will be easy for me to start with. And I really love the look.
Beautiful sound. Buying one but mh-ce

Cuál es mejor? MH o EB
What kind of strap are you using on the EB-CE? Thank you!
I like this very much but I don't hear much of the basses, even with the pick up?? Was it the composition?
o cool - brother-
I love Córdoba they go from a couple hundred dollar guitar up to a few thousand dollars for the handcrafted ones that come from Spain I believe
Is there an all solid version of this? I'd pay $500 if they have this exact guitar with a solid rosewood or even maple back and side.
Hola, cual es mejor... MH-CE o EB-CE? Saludos!
Does that have a truss rod in the neck?
it has nylon strings? how does it sound with metallic strings?
How does this one compare to the Santa fe? I've only played the Santa fe and the projection of low tones is amazing. My complaint with every cordoba I've ever played (including the cadete, which I own) is that when you go high up on the neck the intonation is AWFUL and the notes on certain strings are NOT in tune. Making my finger picking high up on the neck sound so awful. Haven't found a solution to this. Recommendations for a classical guitar no more than 23" inch scale that doesn't have pitch problems past the 12th fret????
Can i change the string to steel string??

Nylon string guitars generally can't take steel strings, they're not strong enough. The higher tension can bow the neck or even separate the neck join. For steel string Fender makes fantastic minis.
A video can't bring the real sound across and of course never the feel of the guitar. Instead of asking how WE feel you should say how YOU feel - you're the one holding the guitar.
These sound horrible! Even if you're a kid or a beginner, find something else please. So much better to learn on a normal size guitar that doesn't sound like a crappy toy. Go to a music store and play several guitars including this one. You'll see... Save more money and buy something decent. It'll be so worth it.
terrible guitarist
