This fantastic method, inspired by quilt patterns, creates a stunning optical illusion using our beautiful Designer Series Paper. In this video, I demonstrate how to make four unique cards and share a sneak peek of a 6" x 8" scrapbook page (which I'll complete and reveal in a later video).
I had an absolute BLAST making these cards and filming the process as I tried this technique for the first time. It's a fabulous way to use up those leftover patterned paper pieces or to cut into and use your designer series paper stash.
The new ephemera from Stampin' Up made adding sentiments quick and easy. I also included some trim and embellishments, and even some dry embossing with various folders to add extra texture and interest to my cards.

Wow and also love love your carde the had the 1970 tv . Also the butterfly ,you have lots imagination . I have hard time . The min I’m in front of my craft papers . Nothing comes in mine lolllll

Thanks Barbara. Sometimes I draw a blank with ideas but once I just get started the ideas come. Try looking in our catalogues or online (lots on my blog too) and just start with an element of a card you like and go from there. I do that a lot. Have fun!
