Burstner IXEO I 744 is a luxury lounge motorhome that has everything you need to live in it full time. Winter package with ALDE hydronic heating gives you good heating. The camper has its own lounge section at the back and beds for 4 people. Large kitchen with oven and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with toilet and separate shower cubicle. MOTORHOME ALL YEAR ROUND: Alde world class heating for motorhomes and caravans:
This is a real all-year car, perfect for both summer and winter! ALDE hydronic heating system combined with good insulation which means that the motorhome can be used all year round. There is also a heated waste water tank, ALDE heating mat in the driver's area and heating in the captain's seats.
SOLAR PANEL
The camper has a solarpanel which means that it is also suitable for those who like free camping! The solar panel charges the battery automatically as long as there is daylight, so you don't have to think about anything.
OUTDOOR SHOWER AND EXTERNAL GAS OUTLET
The car is equipped with an outdoor shower so that it is easy to take a shower outside in the summer, or how about rinsing off your hiking boots or the dog after a long day in the mountains. The external gas outlet so that you can connect the gas grill externally in a simple way.
CONTENT-RICH MOTORHOME:
The car has an ingenious solution that allows you to divide it into two separate compartments!
At the front of the car, you have reversible chairs that form a nice seating area. The table in the seating area can easily be moved around as needed. Note the bench on the side which ensures that the entire traveling party has plenty of space. In connection with the seating group, you will also find two ISOFIX child seat attachments available if you need them.
In the back of the motorhome you will find a separate lounge section. The entire department can be closed off with a sliding door. Here you will find a sofa group and a cupboard with bench space. Notice the ingenious solution with a coffee table with storage that is easily pulled out as needed! Plenty of storage space here too, with both cupboards and drawers, a large wardrobe, etc. Several windows provide plenty of light.
BED SOLUTION:
The car has a large bed in the front. This is easily pulled down as needed and ensures that you have ready-made beds available. In addition, the seating group can be folded down so that another large bed is available. There is still a lounge area with a sliding door and a seating area at the back of the car so that some people can sit up, while others can lie down.
KITCHEN
Beautiful kitchen with plenty of worktop space and smart solutions with drawers and cupboards. A sink and three cooking rings are available. In addition, the car has a kitchen fan. An oven is also in place, here you have the opportunity to make good dishes, bake bread or forex. hot rolls in the morning. Large automatic fridge with freezer. The refrigerator has an auto function that switches automatically between 230v, propan and 12v depending on what is most appropriate.
BATHROOM
Very smart solution with a separate shower! Flexible solution that allows you to have a bathroom across the entire width of the car, as the bathroom door can be closed from one side as well as a sliding door towards the lounge section at the back of the car. As mentioned, the bathroom has its own separate shower on one side, and a sink, mirror, large cupboard for toiletries, a fixed toilet and a storage cupboard with a toilet roll holder. Note that alder also extends into the bathroom.
DRIVING ENVIRONMENT
Good reversible captain's chairs with armrests with several adjustments for a comfortable sitting position. The chairs are also heated, which is nice to have on cold days. You will find an entertainment unit with, among other things, a DAB+ radio, reversing camera, Navigation/GPS bluetooth hands-free system for the phone. Retractable holder for mobile phone and tablet. Ground-holding function and Traction+ anti-spin. Digital climate control is also in place. Automatic transmission combined with Cruise control makes long trips a dream. Electric windows and electric mirrors. Storage in dashboard with cooling function. With ALDE, the heating system is connected all the way to the driver's environment, which ensures good and even heat on cold days. Jalousie curtains in the front are easily pulled out when you want it to be dark.

"The camper has its own lounge section at the back and beds for 4 people"...which for unknown reasons, illustrating how to convert that space into sleeping for 4 wasn't important enough to demonstrate...WOW! THAT would have been far more logical than spending wasted time on pulling that dippy little coffee table out from the cubby drawer...which was no seemless feat...it appeared rather wobbly. I'm just shaking my head over how the obvious was left to one's imagination!

Hello and thanks for the comment. This motorhome is designed for 4 people. 2 people sleep in the drop-down bed at the front. In addition, the sofa group at the front can be folded down into a double bed for 2 people if necessary. What is so ingenious about this particular layout is that you have a separate lounge at the back of the motorhome so that half of the traveling party can sit awake while the other half sleeps without disturbing each other. Thanks for the comment. It is this type of toilet that all campers in Europe are made with. There has recently been a solution with the Cinderella incinerator toilet that burns everything to ash, which can possibly be retrofitted. Unfortunately, I can't see any smart solution to having space for a Christmas tree, but unless you have a smaller tree ;-) Have a great day.

Hello. That's right, this type of motorhome only has a door on the driver's side and the rear. Some of these actually only have a door at the back and no doors at the front. Have a great day.

Hei. I denne bobilen har produsenten valgt å lage soveplasser i front slik at man kan ha en longeavdeling bak. Da kan halve reisefølget sitte opp på kvelden mens resten kan sove uforstyrret i front av bilen. Dette er Burstner som er et Tysk påkostet merket som er veldig kjent for å lage gode bobiler. Non. L’espace est peu optimisé, certains font aussi bien dans moins de gabarit. Je préférerais une vraie soute pour une moto, un scoot ou deux vélos électriques. Pas de plancher double. Pas de lit permanent. Le lit avant n’a pas de baies vers l’extérieur. L’autonomie électrique n’est pas évoquée. Et enfin trop de Luxe tue le côté nomade. Je serais gêné d’ouvrir un intérieur aussi luxueux dans une zone de parkage à camping cars ou à l’étranger. Monter d’un Parking douteux dans ce type de bijou sans transition est un peu bizarre. Pas de pédiluve ? À ces prix, on ne peut pas se tromper.

Thanks for the comment. When you have limited space, you have to sacrifice something. This is one of the biggest fridge in this type of camper and will last for a week. It is always an option to buy an extra compressor fridge-box if you are going to be off-grid for longer than this. Have a great day.
I bet sales are reduced massively due to the layout having 2 sitting areas yet having to drop the bed from the overcab area. I wonder if this design survives to a 2026 model?

Hello. Most fully integrated motorhomes have a drop-down bed at the front. In this motorhome, the manufacturer has chosen to create 4 sleeping places in the front so that you can have a lounge section at the back. Then half the traveling party can sit up in the evening while the rest can sleep undisturbed in the front. If you really wanted to, it is possible to get a bed in the back as well. Ciao e grazie per la tua opinione. Questo probabilmente non è un camper per tutti. Pensiamo che questa sia una buona disposizione per coloro che desiderano una sezione separata sul retro in modo da non dover disturbare coloro che vanno a letto più tardi. Perfetto, ad esempio, per una piccola famiglia. Non sono sicuro di cosa intendi per bagno, ma qui hai una grande doccia separata e se chiudi le porte su entrambi i lati ottieni un ampio bagno. Cette mise en page n'est pas pour tout le monde, mais heureusement, chacun peut trouver ce qu'il aime car il existe de nombreuses mises en page différentes parmi lesquelles choisir. Notre niche sur KZread consiste à présenter des mises en page sans parler, car nos commentaires indiquent que c'est ce que les clients veulent voir. Really ? are you sure that American standard surpass , the quality , finesse , design of the German manufacturers? I don't think so , and I can only see huge inefficient , white elephants made in U.S.A , their designs are far to tacky to compare with the German
