Its legit disgusting how many rainbow VC you pulled on unit banners and rainbow Units you pulled on the VC banners. Grats on no pities but damn...

Seriously trash pulls with the saving grace of no pity. If I had had to pity after those pulls I'd have not been happy to say the least. Really really sick of so many pities and difficulty in getting and building units. Ranty pants came out and I'm not sorry. Loyalty should be rewarded but we just get slapped around worse over time.

100% agree with your sentiments here. The cost is very high for a minuscule chance at success. I've had a to pity every unit so far this year except Kitone and Volke. Bupkis on the VCs too. At least the could give us a guaranteed unit/vc or select banner every once and a while sheesh! Feels bad man 🥲😅 Congrats on finally getting the unit+card!

100%. Glad you had good luck w the VC but these stupid holo vcs feel terrible to get and build. It has been money grab on money grab and they are making the game harder to access as without meta units the old units we've invested in are devalued with the way they've set up things. It is pushing people away and that frustrates me as I feel protective of my guild community.

@@dl6433 Np. That's one of my main reasons to make them. Is to keep a small record for myself and others if they want to see how their odds are stacking up.

happy you got em, even though there was the usual anxiety and disappointment with the pull rates... hope Sephiroth treats you better. I'm foregoing Kadaj until Sephiroth is mine.

Yeah this collab and the change to all cards being holo ones with stars not working on them is where the money grab spiked. Just let us use our damn vision stars on holo cards. It's bs I have to buy shards with vis after to max every single one. Glad you managed to snag them but that was rough. Kadaj was a skip for me minus the 300 paid ticket. No dice, did get the VC on step 1 of that 3 step though. Oh yeah and the 9 steps used to have 2 free steps and only had a 18k step up if the unit was guaranteed. Game is definitely getting pricey and for most units that you only play a week it's not worth it.

I thought it was Air Asia playing WOTV 🗿😆 great pull btw, no pity grats 👍

I had the same experience with the paid step ups. Almost all VCs on the Unit banners and nearly all Units on the VC banners. And not being able to use the vision stars to build is ridiculous. At minimum they could add the VC shards to the limited chocobo expedition?? Speaking of which, I also noticed the chocobo shards rates have seemed abysmal compared to the past collabs. Maybe they’re waiting until Steph shards are in the pool so people can’t ‘easily’ build up too many mindphere’s for him

Good to have a cut off otherwise it can all disappear too fast. The unit and vc dropped just in time for me, but I was in the regret territory.

Congrats for pulling Kadaj. Btw how many vis needed to pity a banner? Because I'm saving for AC Sephiroth currently.

Units like him are made to be inferior to 100 cost units but I almost see no difference on the price of getting them. .80% and .40% is not much of a difference, excluding the guaranteed slots. Maybe they could lessen the medals required for pity to like 1500 or 1200 instead of 2k. Cmon, who is gonna pull for em aside from whales/ Gz for the pulls tho.

I agree. Where is the value difference for the lower cost units. Apparently holo vcs are meant to have the same rates as reg vcs but pulling them says otherwise. They are almost always a pity.
