They arent going to change which tanks can go into rating queue anytime soon because that would be them admitting that some tanks are op

The reason autoloaders give more and you wont have a huge penalty in ratings is because of how many shots you have fired and shot efficiency and hits yada yada that stuff. Non autoloaders wont get that many shots off as an autoloader (unless u r not skilled or experienced) also has to do with dpm u do within a certain time in battle. Mainly shots efficiency and how many shells u shoot that hit or pen. If this sounds confusing im sorry im not great at explaining

Hey doodles, I read somewhere that playing the type of tank properly increases your ratings points,eg. if you do alot of spotting in a light and get spotting damage you get more xp = more points. Not 100% on this. But maybe with mediums the amount of shells fired and hit ratio is part of the medium mechanic. Oh Great video again.

Droodles I suspect it is because ratings points may be based on the ratio between damage dealt and time survived in the battle. So auto loader naturally have the best of this, cuz you can out put a lot of damage and not expose yourself too much. But for average tanks, sometimes you dont even shoot for 10 or 20 seconds. And as for high rate of fire vehicles, they can circle and also output high damage per time survived.

I knew what this was before I clicked on it from watching ur live-streams lol

Points in ratings are affected by dpm. The more dpm you have, the more points you get, The initcal 1st spot on an enemy spotting helps a bit. Correction: How much dmg you deal in a minute, the ammount of dmg and module dmg within a minute earned exp multiplies.

Probably because auto loaders and quick firing tanks have low alpha per shot so it means you have to shoot more times at a tank to kill it compare to single shot tanks and each shot you shot at a higher tier vehicle, you get a XP bonus so you ended up with more XP even though you done the same or even lower damage compare to single shot tanks

Just like how dmg multiplies by 5% up to 3sec after the 1st shells hit, this stacks and also for chance to start fire amd module dmg. Etc.

Wargaming should make rating battles only tech tree tanks to make it more fair and balanced. They’ve done it in pc, so they should do it in blitz.

im pretty sure you get more rating because in a tank with a small gun, you get rewarded more because you're hitting more shots. I could be wrong but im pretty sure more shots = more rewards

The M41 Bulldog works for me in ratings, 7/10 placement wins in ratings.

Surely an e25 would be op, as you're shooting as often as a few auto reloaders but without the clip reload

@@diegolisandror2 yes but the e25 has 200mm pen, 3000dpm, amazing mobility and *80% camo while stationary* so I think it can hold its own quite well in a tier 8 match

Agree...the point award system in ratings seems odd. WG should use ratings to encourage players to play the role of their tank correctly. So the next time that nob is sniping from the back of the map in his IS4 he won’t be rewarded as much had he been front lining and bouncing shots.

As an AMX 50 100 player, I can confirm it's true at least in part. In the first 10 games I got 1 ace and 3 class 1 badge, 2700+ avg dmg, and started from 4199 points.

Funny enough my only tier 10 is the batchat, and I noticed it does way better in ratings than regular battles, keep in mind I’m not to good, but at this rate I’m winning and earning good points around 7/10 games. To be specific I have 48.5 win rate

Anyone doesn't care about Ratings match or not play it much but still watch Ratings related videos anyways because it's fun to watch? XD

I don't generally use autoloaders but most of the time gain 10-50+ points on a loss. Unlike the "random" biased MM which weights high WR players on one team and lower WR on the other.

Last month I used the k91 a lot and went up about a thousand points - gas month I haven't used it and I'm not doing anywhere near as well

Its how many different reds you shoot. If you can get damage on 6 or 7 enemies you will get more points than if you only damage 3 or 4. Look at the requirements for Confederate and Top Gun medals.

they SHOULD make ratings tech tree only. no premiums or collecter. show skill with what absolutely everyone can get by grinding the lines.

it makes sense because it wouldent be fair that a fv215b 183 shoots 3 shells and dose 3,000 damage and dies in 2 minutes gets more ratings points than a t57 heavy that dis the same damage and shoot 9 shells.
