@@Farm172DII yes but for the ppl like me who has driven in the tank during the event... like if they ever bring it back ill quit blitz cuz then u can never be able to have something special [exclusive] and WG releases the tank right in the store or releases them again which isnt supposed to happen

If mk 1 *CAN* battle in random battle without needing to see other mk 1, its a hella broken tank because you need atleast 2 or 3 tier 1 tank to take it down

Good old days, when we used to be happy.

I Aced this tank multiple times during that event but I did not finish out my usual 100 battles with it so I want those 2 more battles at least. I agree though, in past the events were more interesting and themed towards history of tanks in battle. I like the current monthly event schedule but they have become silly in theme and could be much more intriguing if they were based in commemoration of events of war where tankers achieved great victories or wars changed greatly because of tanks, like the introduction of the Mk I to the battlefield as this original event was based on.

Exactly. I wish WG brings events like this back. I haven't got an ACE on the Mark I, that is one of the reasons I want it back. I was such a noob back in the days lol.

Fun fact: Real British MK 1 tank have total two main guns (short barrel 57mm naval guns) on both sides. So in game MK 1 which have a long front mount gun is not real. Edit : in-game MK 1 is way to fast because the Real MK1 used a tractor engine which was very underpowered so the real...MK1 had a max speed of.....6km.

Yeah it's pretty obvious why they added a fake main gun. Wargaming is not a fan of independant weapons in tanks.

It's because the tier 1 and tier 2 tanks are just light tank and smol medium tank meanwhile the Mk 1* Heavy is a heavy tank even tho the technology is old

They should also bring fellow WW1 tanks, like the Char 2C, Schneider CA1 and A7V

I miss the T49A event so much, the tank was so fun and I was fortunate enough to ace it, I have it on my account on top of very rare medals as well. Wish they'd bring it back

How to beat the Mk1: Get out the line of sight of the cannon, like the back or sides. If its turning, turn with them on either side you're on and keep firing until its destroyed.

War gaming was merciful enough to give this back to you lol

Back in 2016 everyone got it for free because it was an event. WG celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Mark 1 tank. Basicalky it was a 1 week long thing where you could join a battle where you could only see Mk 1s on Fort Despair.

With 583 hp Mk.1 Heavy is kinda OP. Especially with the average HP for tier 1 being roughly 200-300.
