Tom Ford Oud wood is undeniably class in a bottle. However like you said it's not for everyone. I would definitely rate it an easy 10/10 , The hype is real my friend 👊🏽

How is the longevity and projection ?

I remember when everyone was wearing this and it always smelt expensive and refined! I think it was a lot stronger at one point but the reformulate these again and again. Great review I still think it’s a great scent and I have a dupe 😆

Great review mate, yea I can see this being 50/50 actually. I do enjoy it, my first rosewood fragrance I tried and I've defo discovered that's a note I absolutely love

Ok so I don’t have oud wood and I have never smelled it but I got the dossier version and I am in love and because of this I put Tom ford oud wood on my list. I cannot wait to purchase because I am enjoying the dupe sooooo much. Great review as always. Thanks for sharing.

i have a dupe or a clone of that Oud Wood...i really like it actually... i dunno about paying TF price for something where there could be other oud offerings that is not as expensive? but then again, i haven't smelled that one.. :) Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your honesty about that one !

Get your nose on it but it’s more than likely the dupe is very very close to the original

I’ve heard so much about this and For a woody, oudy scent, I’d expect it to perform a bit better than you described, longevity and projection wise 🤔🤔shame it doesn’t!

No worries, I got it from topman years ago when they still had good quality but I haven’t been able to find the same fit ever since unfortunately. Zara has some good ones

Check out Thameen Carved Oud.. It's supposedly the more matured, refined version of this!

My ex loved the Chanel Bleu deodorant spray, so I bought him TF Oud Wood and Costa Azzure body sprays. He hated it, so here I am, using the body spray as a base layer out the shower in the winter LOL it’s fine for that. It IS just the body spray, and probably the better purpose for that fragrance 😂

You are right smells a lot like bleu chanel

I loved this at first but now, I don’t know why, all I get is liquorice and McDonald’s Ketchup packets 😂 it’s so off putting but it’s crazy that I just don’t enjoy it anymore. It used to be this creamy vanilla Oud that was classy for me. But now it just smells like a mess.

Im a lawyer, this is my signature scent for the colder months. Not to strong but it lingers beautifully. Great review.

Don't get all the negative comments it gets it lasts ages on me it's just not loud like the mainstream easy to find fragrances. This stuff is pure elegance and suave 👌🏻

Oud Wood a Beauty Beast,,,, projection lets say its average but longevity its great,,,, after day shower in the night and when i wake up i still feel it!!! Beautifull BLEND....

I’ve never got my nose on this plus I couldn’t justify the price tag for the apparent ‘average’ performance. I went with Versace Oud Noir as I believe it’s pretty close to Oud Wood but I’m not sure how comparable they are.?.again this is OK but nothing mind blowing.

Yeahhh I think at the time it was ground breaking but now there are so many western ouds that do the same job but at a cheaper price I hardly wear oud wood

Tom ford all his cologne is strong. I would not recommend spraying none of them close to your neck. Someone told me to spray on chest and the top of your hands. I even washed my clothes and still had that cologne on my clothes.

I’m a woman and it lasts on me for ages

I’m jealous of your skin chemistry 🤣 You’re lucky because the large majority I’ve asked unfortunately do not get good performance. Also do you have an old batch bottle? I’ve heard the performance is much better on those

My opinion it’s not all that to me I have very great taste and this is not worth the price the smell does not match the price my personal opinion and I’ve smelled it I’ve smelled better

Its a bit wonky 😂😂🤣🤣😅😅 .... yeah its hit and miss. For me no longevity and the note of oud is lacking literally very small amount. Still a nice scent but the hype is not justifed other fragrances like mentioned do what this doesn't

😂😂 exactlyyy ... I respect Oud Wood for its impact on western ouds but me personally I would rather wear a different more potent

Some women love Oud Wood, Some women can't stand Oud Wood.

yes its not for everyone, when i wear oud wood i don't expect people to like it nor hate it, its just because i feel like a boss when i wear it, i feel like im the boss and i dont give a fk lol

Not worth the hype tbh
