I think you need to read the instructions on how to use the soft shackles. It looked like you did not have it properly setup on the Jeep end. Kinetic ropes and soft shackles are a safer way to recover stuck vehicles.

Yep. I got a kinetic recovery strap. They are awesome.

Been using kinetic ropes for over a decade. Wheeled with Sue Meade long before that during her Camel Trophy days.

Why did you have to use the Gator Eye when you could have just hooked the rope eye over the hook?

Did that first/flat line have a knot tied in the middle of it?

Been using braided nylon rope about 40 yrs.(30ft. ×1 1/2). Works awesome! But that was a poor demonstration.

Bubba rope is also made in the USA. Rhino leads people to believe that they are made in the USA, but they are not.
