Actually what he meant :- Nigeria: Get fascist. Get the act that gives you positive economic benefits. Form the Caliphate then set up industries. Place a consumer goods factory. Then form the gold coast. Don't form monopoly ever. STONKS. Make more consumer goods factory. 100% stab. You have 1 billion dollars by now so develop all your cities about 2 times. ABSOLUTE STONKS. By now the server is now dead. Stock market doing well or economic growth... develop all your cities till the modifier ends. INFINITE MONEY+INFINITE RESOURCES=INFINITE POWER. Invade all of Africa. Bribe the European country that has 2 countries in Africa or if you don't care at all invade them with your 10k tanks. You realize that you have 40 billion dollars and you have the modifier... *develop your entire country to max.* 100+ million dollars every 5 days

There's lots of gold and copper in Finland if you increase the resource outputs.
