I'm not shure if it was rprs fault. The weapons often had a bug that only reloaded one Bullet (it happened to everyone). If you watch any fights, most people needed to reload after the first shot. But maybe he was completely out of ammo. I'm not shure.

Theres just so many instances when they found out they forgot to reload right at the moment they entered a firefight and just instantly died. Im guessing its because they rarely fire a gun in the server, except for a few criminals. Most cops only use the taser and mainly use firearms when fighting gangs doing heists.
