HI WANDERING WIGANER lovely room pal people need to stop moaning and also BRITTANIA HOTELS are turning a corner only for the better the room was clean and tidy with clean bed and clean bathroom plenty of towels the kettle was clean to I cant understand the bad comments and also the coaches do complain because the prices are set by the coach company are stopping PEOPLE from walking in off the street looking for a room for the night and ALOT of the coach companies to BRITTANIA HOTELS also THE CARRINGTON HOUSE HOTEL is a good hotel my Favourite hotel you filmed in was called THE GRAND HOTEL SCARBOROUGH THANKS PAL FROM KEITH

Cannot understand why ppl have marked it the worst hotel. You have been in a lot worse. I agree with you it's clean and comfortable, the pool is really nice. Makes all the difference when the staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast looked okay. Thanks!

Just stayed in Premier Inn Westbourne, Bournemouth. Similar distance to Bournemouth centre, but to the West. Room £51, definitely not as clean, particularly en suite. (I suggest from experience many Premier Inns are starting to get a bit shabby). Parking was £7 overnight and breakfast was £10.99 I suggest from your experience with The Carrington, you really can't moan at that price. My philosophy with hotels of any genre is that things should be clean, things should work, and the temperature should be right. Any problems or something not available, just be honest and reasonable with the guest.

I stayed at the Carrington recently and no complaints at all, really clean, lovely staff, well worth a stay.

Exactly my thoughts.

Can't understand why this place has so many negative reviews looks a smart and marvellous place to stay and real gem at a bargain price and I actually don't understand the criticism of Britannia myself, as most of their places seem more than good enough to me

Thought it would be noisy being next to reception but £32 is great value.

Britannia are great. Not only that but they help keep other hotels prices down. If we lose these that gravity pricing brake is gone

The chef(when i was there) was smoking a reefer..food was shocking .staff were poor( apart) from two..

That looks brilliant. Sadly the entrance doesn’t look wheelchair accessible. Only downside for me with your room was the closeness of the smokers at the door. Great video again as usual. You can always try the Burstin in Folkestone if you want grim!

I'd like to think they at least have a side entrance or a portable ramp staff can deploy. (Neither ideal but better than nothing)

The britannia in Stockport isn't very nice!

They really have improved most of their hotels! All the backlash and review must have made them step up 😂 You should review the adelphi in Liverpool its still bad. The older rooms.

Lovely Hotel-what’s the problem ??? As I had seen a lot of other Brittania hotels here on KZread,in a lot worse condition than this !! Probably the best Brittania hotel in KZread !!

The one in Nottingham i found was acceptable but didn't like the one at Birmingham new street!

Wow what a bargain at £32 a night. Was it far out of Bournemouth. Been trying to book the britannia hotel in Brighton but looks like it has closed

Yes quite far out but there are 5 britannia hotels in Bournemouth - the Brighton Hotel has actually burnt down and is currently being demolished! The Eastbourne one is nice 👌

£32 terrific value.

You say you can smell cigarettes in the room because you are next to the reception. I’m surprised they allow smoking in reception.
