Stealing someone’s dog is beyond f*cked. If you’ve ever had a pet run away, you’d be absolutely terrified that it could be lost forever, but you at least know that it’s somewhere near you. Watching someone steal one of your most loved things is absolutely horrible, especially knowing that they’re likely never going to be seen again. If he’s gonna continue with this sh*t, then I hope to god that he finds someone that’s not gonna deal with his sh*t and either teaches him a good lesson or ends this harassment, one way or another.

this type of thing happened when i was a little girl. was no older than 9 and, scared to so much as sleep when the gate to my house was found open, and my dog was missing. three day and two nights go by and i had come back around midnight with my family from a Christmas festival, my heels were off, and i had just stepped out of the car when i looked down the road to see a man walking with a dog, and when they got closer he let the leash go, and the dog sprinted towards me. only for me to realize it was my dog, and i took off running with my older brother behind me i slid on to my knees on concrete, and held my dog in my arms bawling my eyes out at the man who had been walking my dog was a neighbor. who saw a family from down the road with her calling her 'red' when is reality her name is rose. he explained that the mother broke the chain to my gate, and stole my dog. a day after that my mother started getting death threats and bribes for my dog. the same one i got for my ninth birthday, after complaining that my siblings would rarely interact with me. rose was my everything, and a woman saw that, and took her from me with the hope of getting money out of my mother for her. it was sick and twisted and ever since then I've kept my dog under watchful surveillance, and had her sleep in my room to ensure this never happened. nobody should ever have to go through that

A few weeks later in exactly the same place some random guy was stabbed for his phone. I've luckily never had any trouble directed at me but you got to keep your awareness about you and stay wide-eyed. It's already improving a lot around Canary Wharf and surrounding areas, I can imagine in 10 years or so with the amount of redevelopments there will be a wider shift of the kind of community here. Crime will only get worse with the recession until life is better for everyone - hope we get a government that gets their act together soon.

The family would probably be scared now that some random person could be in their house. The old woman, if she even retrieved her dog, would probably never trust strangers to pet her dog. The young woman would probably never feel safe alone. The library would probably have increased security making it more difficult for people to visit. As someone from the UK, the problem is, in the UK it is common for someone that behaves like Mizzy to have concealed weapons, like knives, whereas the average person doesn't carry any form of weapon on them, so there's the very real possibility that if someone did try to fight back against him they would get stabbed or ganged up on by his friends nearby. It's not a matter of whether Mizzy would go further than just a prank, it's the fact that his behaviour is that of someone who would. You and I know that what he did was actually significantly worse than that, but the law cannot give him special treatment. If you jail him for that, you have to jail the old grandma with dementia who wanders into the wrong home for a moment before realising. Stealing someone’s dog is beyond f*cked. If you’ve ever had a pet run away, you’d be absolutely terrified that it could be lost forever, but you at least know that it’s somewhere near you. Watching someone steal one of your most loved things is absolutely horrible, especially knowing that they’re likely never going to be seen again. this type of thing happened when i was a little girl. was no older than 9 and, scared to so much as sleep when the gate to my house was found open, and my dog was missing. three day and two nights go by and i had come back around midnight with my family from a Christmas festival, my heels were off, and i had just stepped out of the car when i looked down the road to see a man walking with a dog, and when they got closer he let the leash go, and the dog sprinted towards me. only for me to realize it was my dog, and i took off running with my older brother behind me i slid on to my knees on concrete, and held my dog in my arms bawling my eyes out at the man who had been walking my dog was a neighbor. who saw a family from down the road with her calling her 'red' when is reality her name is rose. he explained that the mother broke the chain to my gate, and stole my dog. a day after that my mother started getting death threats and bribes for my dog. the same one i got for my ninth birthday, after complaining that my siblings would rarely interact with me. rose was my everything, and a woman saw that, and took her from me with the hope of getting money out of my mother for her. it was sick and twisted and ever since then I've kept my dog under watchful surveillance, and had her sleep in my room to ensure this never happened. nobody should ever have to go through that
this is actually terrifying for anyone but as a woman i would be absolutely terrified and fearing for my life if i was living alone and a bunch of dudes walked in

Evil people also come from normal families?
This "pranks" they're doing should be considered a retroactive charges, and it must be used as at least a community service when they turn in the legal age in their country.

Retroactive charges are illegal and should stay illegal. Clearly you understand nothing of the law.

Dog theft gets around 5-7 years in prison in the UK, and as we know that's not the only crime he's committed, he definitely needs jail time

They aren't doing this in their country. They're doing this in another people's country. Im not mad at assaulting Orthodox jews however. Not that I'd ever do it myself.
His worst pranks are his “you wanna dye” ones. They are actual intimidation. You can’t even pretend they aren’t as they put on ski-masks. The only reason they don’t get their asses kicked is because half the people are worried they have knives and the other half are worried they will get called racist for smashing him up. It’s awful.

And nobody will call racist this black guy who like most of all think that whites are privileged, and who target only white people.

The racist angle is absolutely the major reason he's getting away with this shit. You know that some of his victims would love to beat him to a pulp, but they're holding back because there'd be repercussions which absolutely aren't worth it. If he was white there's a high chance he'd already be dead.

It's VERY difficult to feel any sense of security after your house gets broken in to, especially if you're home for it. Stealing the feeling of confidence in your safety is such a cruel thing for these degenerates to do. Imagine trying to sleep at night after that. It's so low of them.

that's what really gets me about this guy he can always hide behind how he's actually no real danger because he never intends to cause physical harm but he absolutely causes psychological harm! so, he feels free to make people extremely insecure and afraid to be in otherwise safe places. and mentally, he's probably justifying it like, "well, I wasn't hurting no one, it's just a prank bro." biggest jerk on the planet
