We’ve previously discussed the financial goals you need to hit in your 20s, now here are some MONEY TRAPS you need to avoid! These money mistakes are very common and I did a round up of them so we’re on a better track to achieve financial freedom!

This is glorious, I've been looking for "personal financial management tips" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ferapt Freedom Fanboy - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.

Try allocating a shopee/shopping budget per month for Guilt free limited shopping.
Please discuss whether it is more worth it to buy branded things than buying fashion ones. Also, please discuss your good brands of shoes, clothing and bags.

Another great content charm 😁 keep em coming! Im 33 and the first point hit me hard...just this year I realized i was spending 8k per month on riding taxis! Sweet jesus! Luckily Ive changed my ways and brought that down to 2k a month - hello commute! Haha More power to you and your channel! Perhaps you could do a video on: 1. How to save on groceries 2. What investment can consistently give me 10% returns compounding per annum for 35 years, without risk to my principal??? Sounds too good to be true, but will be happy to be pointed to the right direction. Investing early is great, but don't oversell it.

Gaming Bamboozle hi! The illustration (as mentioned) was to give everyone a clear example on how time affects compounding interest investments. I mentioned that for the sake of the example I used 10% because in terms of analyzing the numbers, it’s easier to understand. I always emphasize the risks involve in investing. Thanks for the feedback ☺️

Ricalee Delgado any investment that let’s you leave the earnings in. Most common are Funds-Mutual Funds and UITF (you can these from banks/mutual fund companies or COL financial)
